Clean Cut Tree Care

Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I called the phone number for the company and was told that they'd have the contractor get in touch with me. I received a call from Chris later that day. We set up a time and date to meet at the house, and he was right on time. There was actually more tree trunk remaining than I had remembered, but it didn't faze him. He got out his chainsaw and cut it down, then proceeded to grind down the remaining stump as agreed upon. The whole process took about 1/2 hour, including a very thorough clean up. Chris was friendly and professional, and he did a great job.

Jeff, the owner, came out on time on the date that we arranged. He was both professional and knowledgeable. After talking with him for about 20 minutes, I knew that they were better than the other two quotes I had gotten. Jeff gave an estimate right there.He broke down the cost for each tree and what was involved. His costs came in right about the same as the others, but I gave him the job based on his professionalism. Showed up on the date we agreed upon and on time. Was very meticulous and professional in how they removed the tree. Took it all down and then ground the stump and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work they did and how they treated my home in cleaning up. IMPORTANT: Jeff only operates one crew, which means he comes to your home to do the work. Very important to me.

Jeff and his crew arrived on time and very professionally removed the tree, cleaning up all of the debris. The tree was in a tight space between the house and electrical wires. Jeff and his crew safely and quickly maneuvered within this area. They are very impressive.

Work was done very professionally

We did not use them, because of a variety of reason, mainly time constrants. We did find them to be pleasant and answered all of our questions. When we are ready will all them again.

They were incredibly professional. They came with their complete tools and uniforms. The whole process went smoothly and they do their job efficiently even with less supervision. I highly recommend them for their passion to satisfy their clients.

Jeff came and gave me the estimate, and when the crew came out, all went very well. I was very pleased with all of their work. They cut the tree and cleaned up. I will use them again for any other tree service.

They came out 3 days later with 4 guys and a chainsaw. To me it seemed like it would be difficult to remove the branch over the garage without damaging the heat stack, but the did it without a problem. They took down the tree in 3-4 hours and other than the expected sawdust cleaned up nicely. Overall it went better than I expected and was a good value.

Called Just Stumps on a Friday and they came out the same day and provided a written cost proposal. I called on Monday and told them I would like them to trim the tree, they requested that I send the signed proposal to them. I e-mailed the signed proposal to them on Tuesday and they performed the work the same day. The work was performed well and the area was left clean. All communications were professional and courteous.

Jeff came out to give me an estimate and was doing the work within 2 days. He did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and moved my backyard furniture back to where they found it. He proved he was patient when I asked him to cut more branches off of a tree even after he was completely done with the work. They were professional and I'd hire them again.
