We are a family owned company. Vice President is Retired US Navy. Member of the Water Quality Association (WQA). Member of the Water Quality Division of the Illinois Association of Groundwater Professionals (IAGP). BBB Acredited Business. All employees are WQA Certified Installers (CI) and Vice President is WQA Certified Water Specialist Level 5 (CWS-V). We do not subcontract any water conditioning work. Occasionally subcontract plumbing work if extensive piping is needed. 5% discount on installation of new system for all Military Personnel (active/retired) and for all Angie's List members. Please inform us of your Angie's list membership when scheduling your appointment. We serve in Illinois: Lake County, McHenry County, Northern Cook County. In Wisconsin: Kenosha and Southern Racine Counties.

Filters, Installation and service on residential and commercial Point of Entry (POE) and Point of Use (POU) water conditioning equipment. This includes, Iron Removal Systems, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems, Sulphur Removals Systems, Ultraviolet Germicidal Sterilizers. We perform complete water analysis. "Problem Water" is no problem for us., but not limited to: Water Softeners

The fill valve on our existing water softener failed and since it was a proprietary product and the softener was 16 yrs old, repair was not economical. Ronald replaced one filter, which helped, but it was only a short term solution. We opted to replace the entire unit. Ronald delivered and installed a new 32,000 grain softener with the Fleck 5600 SXT electronic metered demand initiated control valve and turbulator.

After placing the initial call, Ron followed up the same day. He was very prompt on our appointment day. Ron explained the process of the types of tests he performs and why. He determined the model that would best fit our needs based upon test results. Very clean worker, would not know he was ever there. Very professional and responsive!

Ronald at AquaPure has taken care of my well water filtration for the past 11 years. He always approaches my concerns in a scientific way. This most recent service date was to restore my peroxide filtration system when I foolishly believed another company that claimed their equipment could take care of my water and it ended up a sulfur-smelling disaster for weeks on end. Ronald was recommended by the actual manufacturer of that equipment. You can be assured that you are in good hands when you call on AquaPure. They really know what they are doing, are fairly priced and will be there when you need them.

Mike was very professional and competent. Our softener is fairly old and we feared that it needed replacement. Mike determined that it was still functioning within normal parameters and he also tested our water to determine the softener's efficiency. We will definitely call this company when out unit expires.

Recently bought a house with well water, and I needed to install a water softener due to hard water plus high iron content. The estimate was free, they tested the water and recommended the particular unit that I would need. They explained how they would replace the old drainage tubing from a previous water conditioning system, and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job installing the unit with new copper plumbing and securing it to wall. They explained how the conditioner and the by-pass works, which type of salts to use and to avoid, and provided instruction on how to flush all the house lines and the hot water heater. Right after the unit was activated, the taste of iron was gone.

The Aqua-Pure staff is punctual, clean and polite. They work efficiently and try to keep costs as low as possible. When the problem is more than routine maintenance Ronald makes a follow-up phone call to make sure everything is working o.k..
