Good luck to anyone who hires Enrico! He is the most unreliable person I have ever met. Continually says he will be over and never shows up...No calls, no texts, just excuses!!! He is a real talker and makes you feel sorry for him, but when your are constantly being lied to over and over again our patience ran out. Not a great fit for our family. This is just a warning to anyone who decides to fall into this mans trap! DON'T DO IT!!!

Rico was very responsive and thorough. His price was reasonable. He went above and beyond by completing the work in a downpour. He also checked out a few other things at no cost.

They did the job as promised. After our first rain storm, I did notice some water flowing over the top of one gutter. I called them back to ask them to come check it out. Each time he said that unfortunately they were busy and couldn't make it out. It has rained again since then and everything seems to be working on. As of now, it was just the one time that I noticed the overflow.

The gutters turned out wonderful.

They were extremely reasonable. They didn't try to do anything unnecessary. The guy I talked to was extremely easy to work with and seemed to know what he was doing. I felt he was honest with us. He seemed to care about the situation and correcting it the right way.

The owner came out, gave me a price on the spot, also making some reccommendations to make the system more efficient and to resolve some problems I previously had. When I gave him the ok, I was scheduled within a week.
The whole process went quickly and efficiently. The gutters were custom made, on site, for the home, with heavy gauge material. The owner, Enrico, is a hands-on owner and takes extra steps to make sure everything is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. . Additionally the owner made a suggestion to tuck an additional downspout in a corner in the back of the house, for a more efficient system, so I took his advice, since he had so many years of experience in this field. They also, at no extra charge, reinstalled my existing heating wires (for ice dams), and attached the oversized downspouts to my existing underground drainage system.

Overall, the process went quite smoothly. The job was completed in two days. All debris was removed from the site. And everything was completed to my satisfaction.
