After calling several auto shops and getting tow and engine replacement prices I decided to use AA. They also came recommended by a friend. I was on a trip to northern Wis when my motor in my 2003 Dodge Ram decided to let go. I was about an hour west of Madison. This was on a Saturday afternoon. On Monday they were towing my truck back to Antioch. They replaced the motor a day earlier than estimated. There was some leaking on the new motor and after 3 seperate trips, the motor company decided to replace the motor. Kevin was top notch, kept apologizing and offered to pick the truck up each time. It was not their fault it was a bad seal on the rebuild, but they took care of it and had the replaced motor in 2 days sooner than expected.

They are very professional, honest, and they live by their quotes. The oil change is $20 or $25 and the tune-up is around $100. When they come out and tell me that something needs to be done, it needs to be done; unlike a lot of other car dealers I go to.
