Our garage door was stuck. Able came after a reasonable time length from the time I called to schedule. The guy was friendly and informative. He told me about my particular door and how he would do the work. It works great now.

Able and Ed's were the ones who installed it on my brand new garage about 7 years ago, and it has been fine. My husband's friend was helping us with odd jobs and he did some maintenance on the automatic garage door opener, and after that it was noisy and shaky, and the light bulbs kept burning out. The guy from Able and Ed's came out the same day I called and said our friend had screwed up the springs tension and put the wrong kind of light bulb in. He fixed it in a few minutes and now it is as good as new!
