I paid $141,000 for my condo, what they get is 6% of it.

They get 6% percent of the house sell. I would recommend my person over and over again, he was wonderful. I was lucky because I negotiated from 7% to 6%, because I was buying and selling. So, I would say the price was really good. It all comes down to the person who represents the company and I had Tyler Fuhr. He treated me like I was family, went out and went that extra mile to make sure that we were happy.
