At the beginning he appeared to be a professional young man, but at the end all I can say, appearances can be deceiving. Dustin and his crew have build a deck for us, they left debris behind and we have to ask them to come back and clean up several times. One time we came home and found a patio table's glass shuddered and the glass was left as was on the ground. Again, we had to ask them to come back and clean up. While this things were very annoying we did not know what was coming our way. After the deck was finished, we scheduled staining job several weeks after to allow wood to acclimate. Dustin appeared, cleaned the deck and then disappeared with the money we payed for stain and labor, over 450 dollars. Basically Dustin did not show up on a scheduled date, he did not call us, we could not reach him. Apparently he got a more lucrative job out of state and just left. We could not get in touch with him either by email or phone for 3 weeks and at that point we decided that we do not want to deal with him any longer. The trust was gone and the illusion of the professionalism evaporated as well. He promised on several occasions to return us money, we gave him two extensions and he never refunded us money for unfinished work. We decided to move on with our lives, but I would like to take this opportunity to share with other home/business owners our experience. You can learn from our mistakes. Do not hire this person. You will be disappointed. People like this should not be in business. He does not have any professionalism or integrity. Check BBB bureau, his grade there is F and that is all he deserves.

He showed up on time and acted like he knew what he was talking about.  He had one complaint with the BBB that he explained to us.  He was professional in the beginning.  He warrantied his work for five years in case of any issues and provided legitimate paperwork. 
However, he was always wanting payment immediately, unlike most contractors who do 50% upfront and the remaining after. 
Part of his job was to do some flashing and waterproof the inside of a roof.  The faucets he installed have also started leaking.  We have  had issues since the work completion 1 month ago.  We have tried to contact him numerous times. He has never responded.
Since then, his rating on the BBB has dropped to an F.  He may seem like a nice professional guy at first, but the work quality is not good.  He is cheap and so is the quality.  If he tries to sell you on his warranty don't believe him.  Find out how he fixes issues if he never responds to the complaints.
