Had an AG pool installed 10-2019...pool Never opened! Said since it was getting cold why not just wait to open in the spring. I said great, when should I call? April or May he says. April all rain & cold. Called May 29 + 3 other times + 2 messages. Finally came today, very rude. Expected to be paid for opening my pool. I reminded him it was never opened. Asked if I expected him to come out here just to work for free. I said if you’re expecting to be paid again, you can just leave. He stomped off, says “Fine, I just hate people like that” My cleaning ladies were there & witnessed the entire thing

Donnie repeatedly no call no showed, and rescheduled for three weeks in a row. Finally he told me to take my pool and shove it. He then said he'd come install my pool, but only if he could deal with my wife and not me (since I expected him to do the job he was hired for in a timely manner). Horrible communication. Horrible service. Steer clear. He's a joke. Hire anyone else.
