We saw a 2003 Dodge Caravan with 73,000 miles on it. Therefore, we drove 2 hours to get this van. The van was in Missouri, however, due to us living in Illinois, the sales transaction had to be in Illinois. Therefore, we drove 2 hours in 108 degree weather to have this transaction go through.We were seriously misled when purchasing this vehicle. Due to low miles we had agreed to purchase a van at a higher price plus interest. However, we were told that the van had thoroughly been gone through and the van was mechanincally strung. Less than 90 days the evaporative emissions system was sending off the engine light and it was open. The transmission slams into gear. The abs light comes on when the pavement is wet. We contacted them to explain the situation and they refused to make it correct to our satisfaction. Even though it would hurt our credit, we decided to send the van back. They contacted someone to come and get the van. They told them that we go to work at 5:30 am. Therefore, they needed to be here at 5:00 am. My husband and I are disabled and they also told us that they would have the people call us to set up a time to come and get the van. This was yet another lie. They came banging at our door and scared our 13 year old daughter. She woke us up. We thought that people might want to know what they may be getting into if they choose this company.
