I initially had them out for my yearly AC check. I knew at the time the AC was not working properly. The tech cleaned the unit and checked out the unit. The fan motor was not working. He held off adding coolant because of the age of my unit. He informed me that because of the age of the unit that he did not know if he could locate a motor. He left and called that afternoon with the news that he located a motor and would have it in 1-2 days. When he returned to replace the motor he then added the coolant per our yearly prepaid contract.

I wasn't happy at all with them. We had problems like failed parts, or Freon that needed to be added, or switched that don't work on the furnace. It just seemed to us like he was just coming out and fixing it and get it past the time when we couldn't do anything more about it. Last year we had the furnace go off and he told us to go up in the attic and do something. I don't know what it was. We don't have an attic and he knows that. Then he just stopped taking my calls. He didn't even pick up the phone anymore. We don't have any confidence left in him for sure. The price was decent. In the beginning he responded, but now he doesn't. If we have other problems with it, we are just going to have to try to find somebody else that will work on it.

I have always heard good things about them.
