Atlantis Pools

As a 20+ year customer having been friends with Pat/doc for some 50 years, I was taken aback this year. They came to open my pool and left with my pool looking like the pics below. When I called to complain, Corey, mgr, instead of addressing the issue, launched into a personal attack against me. He went so far as to make up incidents which never happened, like yelling at his techs and throwing something at them. I have cameras on the SW and on the NE corners of my backyard which I have reviewed and can find no indication of any type of confrontation so unless he can prove my yard surveillance video wrong, well you you can put two and two together. His resolution was for me to suck it up and never come back (paraphrased). Patronise at your and your pools risk.

Atlantis pool does not clean their pool when they open it and they will not fill it up to the proper pool height.  Clients should understand that "opening" means they will have a dirty, useless pool until first service.  
When I hired Atlantis last fall, I was put on the schedule for the opening of both my pool and hot tub as well as the weekly cleaning. The opening of the pool happened (dirty and not filled) and I tried to contact them to find out what happened.  I was explained the policy that "opening" was not a "cleaning" and so I asked them to come back to clean.  They said that was fine, but I needed to fill it.  I did fill it and waited.  Nobody came for a week. 
You are unable to contact anyone at Atlantis outside the hours of 10 am and 5 pm - and, when you do contact their store during store hours, you will be given the run around.  During my last frustrating call, it took three people asking my name before I was directed to Chelsey, the pool maintenance supervisor, who told me that I am not a client and that Atlantis has filled their client quota?She didn't bother to look me up.
Don't hire these guys for service.   Just that simple.

The work is sill in progress.  I am waiting for them to complete the work & the ordered parts.  The estimate was $1500 roughly.  They don’t seem to pass messages along to their service people.  They are better than another pool company that I had used before.  There are just two pool people in the area; so I don’t have much choice.  It seems like they are lacking in terms of their communication.  I tried to get the service technician out here for a couple of weeks; so when he got here, I asked him if he got my messages and he said no.

Their service is good but they're hard to get a hold of. My overall experience with them has been good. Their prices are reasonable.
