It took about 4 different tries with their customer service to be sent my verification paperwork. I told them on a Sunday if I didn't receive any verification through the computer by Friday that I would cancel. They sent me 4 verifications and didn't get it right until the 4th. I only received one by computer and it took them 2 weeks.This began as a negative experience, but worked out.
