We weren't given any idea as to what time someone could come and check our furnace. When he got here it didn't take him very long to figure out the problem. (five minutes maybe ). He didn't have the part he needed so he went back to the shop and got what he needed and came back. About 5 minutes later he was done and gone. All and all it took him maybe 15 minutes to fix the problem. For 15 minutes of work we we're charged $90.00 labor.

They did a good job.  They had to come in to put a thermostat and everything.  They got it all wired up.  They were very professional.  They were a little slow in getting back to me at that time, but it was in a worst season too.  They were pretty close when they said they were going to be here.  I would use them if they are available, and it is very possible that I would use them.
