TERRIBLE!! Stay far away! We ordered a hutch on January 3rd and 2 weeks later they called and said it was discontinued. Shouldn't they know or find out if a product is available? So we picked out another hutch and it was delivered today. The owner said they could not wait around all day for me to deliver after 3pm. Which is when I get off work. His tone was very rude. So I stayed home which costs me money. The guys brought in the broken pieces of furniture. Both the top and bottom was broken and someone glued the top piece back on. It looked terrible. The guys asked if I still wanted it as they were holding the large chunk from the bottom corner of the cabinet. No please take it back I want a full refund I said. I don't want pressed wood or a damaged product. They were nice and left. Judy was very rude just like the other owner. She was very defensive instead of being professional and apologetic. They tried to blame me saying I picked this piece of junk out. I said I thought it was real wood, not pressed wood. Judy said they don't know what it is until its delivered because they order from a catalog. Do you expect us to memorize all the products in the catalog? She asked. I replied know but I expect you to find out. They don't know much about the products they sell and never once apologized. They won't refund my money they said they have to talk to the owner and he will make the decision. What??? I just made the decision that I want my money back. Now please! So we are waiting for a call back. They asked if they could have it fixed for me. No thanks. So I contacted my attorney because it seems as if im going to have some trouble getting my money back. I am so disappointed. I will go to Grice.
Description of Work: My wife and I just got married and my mother wanted to purchase a china cabinet for us. So I thought we could get one from Wrights Furniture. Bad idea!

I've always had a good experience with them. They don't have a very big showroom but you just go in and look through their catalogs to find the furniture you are looking for. You can save a lot of money by using them because you don't have to pay for the showroom. They are very fair and responsive if you ever have a problem.
