I contacted William Quinn & Sons to see if someone could come out to my house to provide me with an estimate for a landscaping project.
Brian promptly came to my home, listened to what I was looking to have done and provided me with a full color estimate to have the front of my house landscaped.  Immediately after I received the job proposal and cost, I decided to retain William Quinn & Sons.
Brian and his crew were fantastic.  Everyone worked very hard and worked very well as a team.
I can't fully express how beautiful this job turned out.  I could hardly believe this was my same house.  The landscaping design is so beautiful and I have received so many compliments from neighbors and complete strangers who happen to be walking by.  I believe Brian is very talented and the design he put together for me was pure genius.
I most certainly would use this company again.  The landscaping of my front lawn is so professional and gorgeous.

I received an email thanking me for a residential estimate and was told someone would contact me within a few business days to set up an appt. Never heard from them.

Brian and his crew showed up before the scheduled time and began working. Brain also stayed the whole day overseeing and stepping in when needed. Brian and his crew are very professional and I would definitely recommend this company for any and all landscaping needs.

I was very happy with the selections, design, installation, and follow-up by Brian.

Project was completed in one. We had both front and backyards completely made over. OH MY GOODNESS! Everyday someone stops and compliments our yard. One of our neighbors has already called Quinn & Sons and another stopped by today to request contact information . These gentlemen are professionals from beginning to end. They arrive when they say, they clean up afterwards, they educate you about care & maintenance and most importantly THEY DO MAGNIFICENT work. The work is so good, we barely recognize our own home. lol. We were uncertain about one minor detail and a couple of weeks after the job was completed, my husband contacted Brian and requested some additional work. Shortly thereafter, we noticed that the request had been completed without any further communication. A simple "WOW!" was our response. Contact William Quinn & Sons and you will not be disappointed. P.S. Our contact person was Brian and he even passed on "green thumb" tips from his lovely wife :-)

They computerized the drawing of the landscaping and made suggestions to help us to decide what we will do.

The company provided a sketch with a plant by plant diagram of what they would plant and we were able to check out each plant to make sure it was something that we liked.  They also proved a picture of our house with the sample landscaping so we were able to imagine what it would look like.  They called the day before they were going to do the work and arrived early and completed all work in one day and cleaned up nicely--couldn't even tell they had been there.

They were extremely punctual and got back to me in timely mannners to answer all my many questions leading up to the project.  I changed the job on them several times and never did they indicate it would be a problem or gave any notion that they were frustrated with me.  They were always very willing to help and redo proposals to include exactly what I asked them to do.  Very professional, very helpful.  They showed up on time on the day the project was scheduled and explained what they were doing in detail.

I wanted to totally redo all of my landscaping. So they came over and we talked about what I wanted. They went back & made drawings & also 3D pictures, which allowed me to see exactly what it would look like after the work was done. I have to deal with an HOA & they helped me get everything okayed. Then they came out & in a day & a half they tore all of the old landscaping out, put in drain tile on all the downspouts, carried all the old landscaping away & planted all new. I have a lot of landscaping & they were so efficient & excited about the work. It was great to watch. When they left, everything was cleaned up & beautiful. It totally transformed the look of our house. I can't wait for spring to see everything blooming.

Our backyard is a large hill with three large river birch trees and some outcropping stones that were all sliding down the hill. We had drainage problems at the bottom of the hill and generally a lot of unusable space.
We found William Quinn & Sons on Angie's list. We emailed them.They called back within two days. We scheduled an appointment with Mickey. He arrived on time. He walked the yard with us and made suggestions on how to fix the drainage problems, how to shore up the hill with a retaining wall that would incorporate our existing outcropping stones. We asked what he might suggest to give us more usable space. He walked around and looked and suggested a patio at the top of the hill and a walkway from the deck. We asked for seperate quotes so we could decide what we could afford to do and how we might break the work up. Mickey agreed and said he would get back to us in a week or so. He called about 10 days later and scheduled an appointment to review the quote. Mickey arrived on time and walked through the quote with us and went to the yard with us and showed us where everything would be placed. Mickey also had brochures with samples of pavers to choose from. We decided to go ahead with all the work. He told us it would be done by Memorial Day.
Mickey called before Memorial Day to tell us there were delays in the village issuing the permit so we would be backed up a little. The permits finally came through and the work was planned for June 4 & 5, 2012. Mickey and his team arrived by 8:00am and went right to work. By the end of the first day, they were more than half way done. Before they left for the day, the entire driveway, street and yard were completely clean and the materials needed for the next day were neatly stacked in the driveway. The next day the entire team again arrived just before 8:00am and got right to work. By 2:30pm the job was complete and everything was cleaned up.
I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely thrilled we are with the quality of work, the professionalism and teamwork of the staff. Each and every person was pleasant, polite, friendly and genuinely seemed to be happy to be there. This team definately takes pride in their work. It is more beautiful than we had imagined. We can't wait to put our new patio furniture out and start enjoying the space. We just love it!!!

Company was very professional. Prior to work done a drawing was done on what plantings would be put in. Everything looks great and a much improvement from what was originally in there.
