"Hello [Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the services we provided. I don't believe that we have ever spoke but I do know that I met with your husband to go over the scope of the work. Your husband requested the estimate to be after 6:00 which is after our normal business hours. We accommodated and I met with your husband and went over the scope of the work and what should be done to the trees. At the time he stated he wanted to move forward with all of the work; the fungicide injections as well as the deep root fertilizations. Later a day or two before services were to be rendered he cancelled the deep root fertilizations. When I had met with your husband I told him it will take until next spring to really see the results of the fertilization which I hope you see the value in the spring when the tree leafs out better. As far as the tree trimming is concerned, your husband stated he wanted to be home when we did the work; we accommodated that and your husband rescheduled the work once or twice and we still accommodated to do the work when he was home. When removing large deadwood and making the appropriate cut back to a lateral sometimes there are live branches that get cut off as well for the overall benefit and balance of the tree. I apologize that you were not happy with the trimming, but the manager of the crew did not mention that you had any complaints about the work when you paid him for the job. In the future, if you have any problems with your trimming, we would appreciate it if you would communicate that to the manager and employees on site. Our goal is to make sure that you are happy with the job and that the tree is trimmed to your liking which is why we have a manager on every crew to make sure our customer'[Member Information Removed] are satisfied. Our crew was going to perform a more extensive trimming, but you decided to stop the crew from working. I apologize that you think the services weren't worth what you paid for, but the crew was not able to finish the work completely. Once again I am sorry that you are disappointed; however, management, ownership, and the employees did work with you 100% from start to finish with accommodating your needs. As you can see from other reviews our customers are typically very happy with the work that we do. God Bless! Description of work: Had some issues with uncertainty regarding tree health on Oak trees on my property. I have about 200 trees on the property in live in a fairly wooded in area. Called Smittys because they were local and had good Angies rating. Service requested amounted to fungicide injections and tree trimming"

We are extremely prompt and estimates are always done the same day or next day. I apologize that your estimate did not go as planned. Our records show you called on 6/26 to set up your estimate for 6/27. However, you called back on 6/26 and said you needed to reschedule the estimate and we have never heard back. I have reached out multiple times since seeing this review and have not been able to get in touch with you. I hope you were able to have the work you needed done taken care of.
