"Thank you for your overall positive review. According to my records, we did clean your chimney and flue pipe in August of 2014 and charged you $378. We did send our heating consultant along on this call, however you were only charged for 2 men, the consultant and a laborer. We did not install a hot water heater. The only reasons I can think of for the high quote are that the heater was larger than a standard 40 gallon gas heater or Russ thought that it may be necessary to replace or move flue pipes. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to review us!!"
