STARTED OUR HOUSE ON FIRE!! What a nightmare we have been though with this company. They came out and "cleaned" our ducts only to have them start our home on fire with their gas powered vacuum. They placed the vacuum too closed to the side of the house and the heat of the exhaust resulted in their hose catching on fire which started to burn the outside wall of the house. There was only one tech doing the job so there was no one outside monitoring the device in the event that something like this could happen. The outcome of them cutting corners was having my entire house filled with smoke, my basement filled with soot, a 5'x8' section of exterior wall being ripped open by the fire department and 120 hours of my time dealing with smoke remediation and contractors coming in to do repairs. They put the lives of my kids and pets at risk. We were not reimbursed for our insurance deductible or the down payment for the work. While re-cleaning the ducts we discovered all kinds of dust and debris left in the ducts that Royal was supposed to have cleaned out. Use this company at your own risk and learn from our mistake. See pictures of the damage they caused.

next time you order some thing on the internet read what is covered.
if you do not understand have some one explain it to you.
it cost you more because it was for 1 furnace.
you had 2 It said in the ad "1 furnace" did you read that?
then because of your stupidly you give us a bad review rating.
This is why a year ago i stopped running Big deals.
you morons cant read.
