Seeing the need for a store in the south suburbs, Paul's opened it's Orland location, which is in operation today. In October 2004, Paul's on Pulaski moved to 120th Street & Central Avenue in Alsip. Since it's establishment, Paul's has been a family business dedicated to excellence. "Mrs.[Member Name Removed] came into our store on 7/6/16 to place a order for new medium foam for her cushions as well as having new casings made for the cover of the foam. She refused to give us the old fabric cushion as a sample to use when we cut the new foam. It is necessary and best that a customer give us at least one cushion to do the correct size, shape and cut for not only the foam on the inside, but the correct dimensions for the cushion casings. Also, Mrs [Member Name Removed] was not happy with the medium foam, and stated she wanted a "floppsey, moppsey" cushion. We understood her dissatisfaction at the time and took $129.25 off the bill, and changed the medium foam to soft foam. She still was not satisfied with the cushions so we took another $100.00 off the bill. The pick up date was 8/13/16 not 1/2/17 as she stated in her complaint. Mrs.[Member Name Removed] paid a total of $400.00 for the job,not $600.00. We firmly believe that Mrs. [Member Name Removed] would not have been satisfied with anything that we [Member Information Removed] her even though we tried our hardest to do so."
