ORKIN

Orkin does not seem to care a lot about making sure that our bedbug problem is really solved. On three occasions they have scheduled appointments and then failed to appear. We have made these appointments directly with the office or the service man, but when we call to ask why no one has showed up, they say that somehow the appointment was not registered or that the service man called in sick. When someone finally does come, they do an okay job of spraying, but their follow up is not good.

I used them for a few years. That wasn't the best experience, as far as I'm concerned. Initially, I could see that it worked. We had silverfish and spiders. They continuously had trouble with staffing. They would come when they weren't supposed to and say that I was not there. They would spray the outside and still charge me. That's why I got rid of the service.

They are polite, cover their shoes, came back out for a free treatment.

It didn't go. Nothing was ever caught in those traps.

I called Orkin this morning with a concern about ants in our bathroom. They called me back with a quote and were able to come today (same day) and begin the first treatment. The treatments covered a number of other pests that could be an issue throughout the year which is nice. The treatments are $99 each and will be done every other month. Eddie was on time. He was extremely nice and professional. He answered any questions that I had. The entire experience was very enjoyable. I am glad I called Orkin.

They came in and asked everyone to leave the house for 4 hours while they boomed. It got rid of the fleas, spiders and cenipedes as well.

They were good. They did have to come twice, but the guy initially told me they might have to come twice. They did excellent and we were happy.

We have been using Orkin for over 10 years with mediocre results. In
the past year we have had issues with drain flies and silverfish. Orkin
did not solve the drain fly problem. I ordered material online that
stopped the flies. The silverfish are a continuing issue that has not
been resolved. We recently cancelled Orkin's service.

They came 2 days after we requested and did the job.

The two servicemenan that have come out are friendly. As a single woman, I do feel comfortable having them in my home. They always tell me exactly what they find or don't find in my apartment. They always offer to come back out whenever I need them to.

They quoted me a reasonable price for taking care of the situation. Don recommened purchasing traps to make sure that bed bugs are truly the issue. Don is very good at his job and very professional. I was very impressed with the work. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Orkin came out on the June 28th and work was performed 4 days later. Work started around 10:30 a.m. and was completed around 2:50 p.m. Henry performed the work and double checked the original service person's inspections. A supervisor also came out to double check the service person and Henry's work. Work was also done in 100 degree weather. Henry was very professional and answered all my questions. I did not provide a grade for price because I did not get other estimates. I wanted the problem fixed as soon as possible and I chose Orkin based on other Angie's list member reviews. I gave a B for Quality due to clean up issues. Although the work performed was excellent, I had to clean up the dust and dirty within my home (not much of it though) and I had to put back some, not all, landscaping bricks. It could have been an oversight due to the fact it was 100+ degrees that day. Overall I would use Orkin again.

I went back with them again for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons I had to use a card and the local people couldn't process a credit card. It wasn't a problem for me to go back to them at all. They did a lot of stuff that they didn't do the last time which is because the service has evolved since then. They were shooting stuff into holes and walls and just sealing things. I was quite pleased with them.

They seemed nice enough, but maybe it was just the particular time of the year. They sprayed outside and the insects disappeared. I thought they were more expensive that I would have liked. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

I had a very good experience. They came and worked for a couple of hours and left. I have no complaints. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend their services.

The price they quoted me on over the phone was the one they stuck with. They showed up on time and the following months they even stuck with the initial appointment dates. They also were able to get rid of all the pest.

They were courteous. They accepted a competitor's coupon. They were fast. I am waiting for the results since they just sprayed

It's been an average experience. The service is a little expensive.

It's been a great experience. They consistently follow up with us and set their appointments each year. We've been very happy with them and we would recommend them.

It is an automatic withdrawal and is between $50 and $70 a month.
