It went Extremely Well. This company is family owed and operated and it had the Best possible Customer Service and workmanship you could possibly ask for. I felt I received a fair price for the work and it was done professionally and timely. Going forward I will use them for any future needs and I would recommend them without hesitation. Kennedy Sewer showed up on time and was able to diagnose the smell issue immediately. I kew the issue would be with the wax seal and had replaced both seals twice. Smell came back...I was stumped...I called in the professionals. Unfortunately I didn't have the knowledge to know that the previous owners had placed a closet flange on top of another flange with no sealant in between. Sadly it was the same issue on both toilets. Dan and Joe kept me informed of the what and why of the service, was in and out in less than an hour and like true professionals cleaned up after themselves. Now I have KSS on speed dial and plan on using them for all my plumbing needs.

I was referred to Kennedy by someone.  Two drains (shower and bathtub) on my second floor were clogged.  I called Kennedy and they were at my house in about 15 minutes.   Had both drains running in very short order.  Tim was knowledgable, courteous, and very neat.  It was a pleasure doing business with him and they will be my first call for any plumbing issues I have.

Usually very prompt.  They call if they will be late.  Polite, good with all my autistic kids questions.  Knowledgable about neighborhood and community.  Everytime we have had them out, they are poite, fun to chat with.  Do a good job whether it is yearly maintenance on the on sewer line or refitting a busted sink pipe.  We know we can depend on them.

What a day. My sump pump went blooey. I bought a new one. Generally, I install them myself, but for some reason, this one refused to cooperate. I called the manufacturer; they said to return it and get another. OK. I thought, no way I'm going to screw around with another installation - I'll pay for it this time. I called Kennedy, said I had the parts, could they do it today? No problem. The guys came in under half an hour, put it in, and I'm all set. I am one happy camper.

Service was prompt,professional and complete. We would recommend the team from Kennedy Sewers without reservation. When you need plumbing work, it is often an emergency and always stressful. The professionals and Kennedy Sewers can be relied upon to respond promptly and both diagnose and fix the problems.

I called Kennedy Sewer Service to estimate repairs on the following problems; shower leaking from the drain, mystery leak from the bathtub causing water stains on the drywall below, and a kitchen sink leak. A prompt appointment was made through their office personnel Ann, who was extremely friendly and accomodating. Tim came to evaluate the problems and gave me an estimate to replace trap under kitchen sink, replace trap under bathroom sink, replace the shower drain (which he noted would be a 2 person job) and caulk bathtub faucet. The repair work was scheduled, and once again Tim was on time for the appointment. Both he and Dan were the professionals I had hoped for. They were honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Upon completion all work was thouroughly explained and tested for me. In addition, the final price came in significantly lower than the original estimate. I would absolutely call Kennedy Sewer Service again!

Rob was dependable, reasonable, and honest. They took their time and made sure the job was done well. They had to leave a few times to pick up parts but they came right back. They didn't seem annoyed or irritated at all and I don't think they charged me extra for it.

This is the 3d time we have used Kennedy in the past 7 months.. In each instance, they were prompt,and efficient, and explained the different issues,. The problems were: collapsed drain line in the basement; a back-pitched sink line; and a clogged outside sewer line. All three were fixed on the first try at a reasonable price.

Fantastic. They were able to come out and unhook and remove toilet and vanity from powder room on 2 hours notice. Very polite and professional every time I have used them.
