Excellent service. I decided to have my windows repainted last minute before the season ends. Frank had my estimate done and job fully completed literally 28 hours aster my first phone call. Service was great and he was able to match tricky colors perfectly. We are so glad he was able to accommodate is with such little warning. I was very happy with his pricing as well. I had water damage this winter from ice damming on the roof.  It went through two floors going across the walls in two rooms and across the ceiling in my kitchen.  Everything had to be repaired and painted.  My house is not easy either:  cathedral ceiling in the living rooms and 4 sets of stairs with railings.  Frank returned every phone call and text promptly.  When he came in for the estimate, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done to repair the walls and ceilings and also stressed that he likes to keep things clean.  He gave me an estimate much lower than another quote I obtained.  Because it was such a big job and I have a dog, he agreed to complete the work while I was on vacation.  I felt comfortable leaving my keys with him and while on vacation he updated me on his progress.  They did a great job and I have already recommended him to my neighbors who had similar damage.

Frank started one week late, but only because one of his other customers had a frozen pipe emergency and he asked me if he could delay to help them recover. If I had said I really needed it, he would have gotten it started on time as well, I know for sure. The project was supposed to go about a week and a half, but ultimately went a little over two weeks. But the extension was to help me out. We started with a bunch of color ideas, but some of the color choices associated with specialty techniques were going to be a little more on the fly since the rooms had to be prepped before we could work that through. One room in particular was going to become a sitting room/study/library and the finish there was going to be specialty and essentially a showcase room. After the prep was finished, Frank and my decorator and I worked together to pick some color samples to put on the study wall to review. Despite liking my choices at the beginning, I was not satisfied with any once we turned them into a real paint sample. Frank worked with me and, more importantly with my schedule, to solve the challenge. He came in on a Saturday to discuss and review colors and adjust based upon the things already on the wall and my revised hopes for the room. We benchmarked against some other areas and Frank hit it on the nose! The following Monday, Frank came back and did another test specialty coat over the base paint job, which I reviewed that night when I got home. The work was perfect and the room promised to be beautiful (and it is!)! I can't wait to pick some furniture and get the bookcases up. This room is going to be a favorite place to hang out and it is all because the colors are so inviting and the work is so excellent. The other rooms also went well and with less drama, but even then there were some color misses that took additional time on Frank's part to help me solve. The result is a completed job that is nothing short of perfect. Additionally, due to back surgery in November, I am very protective of my back these days. Frank and one of his guys came in and not only helped me put everything back where it came from, but even did some additional arranging for me, to help out while I am healing. As I have learned over now four experiences with Frank, he is all about service and satisfaction. It is how he survives and thrives on completely word of mouth advertising.
