 + -1 moreI called Raul and was able to come within the hour. He looked at my furnace and showed me what was the causing the vibration noise. He gave me an accurate estimate and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. I spent much of the time while he worked watching him and I could tell he was very diligent and thorough. I like to ask questions and he answered everyone of them. He even pointed out minor issues with my furnace that had nothing to do with issue at hand and fixed them free of charge!
Description of Work: There was this nasty vibration sound that was coming from my furnace every time it turned on. I called Raul he was able to come over within the hour! After he heard the vibration sound and opened up the furnace, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me where the motor for the blower had a broken mounting bracket which was causing the blower wheel to bang against the side of the furnace. He then called the parts warehouse and was able to pick it up and return within the hour. He finished installing the new motor mount and I could barely hear the furnace turn on.
