I called Raul and was able to come within the hour. He looked at my furnace and showed me what was the causing the vibration noise. He gave me an accurate estimate and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. I spent much of the time while he worked watching him and I could tell he was very diligent and thorough. I like to ask questions and he answered everyone of them. He even pointed out minor issues with my furnace that had nothing to do with issue at hand and fixed them free of charge!
