Before the work was performed we had two people come and give us an estimate. When the installers were half way done with the carpet I was told that it will be additional $1500 for labor. Had no choice but to pay it. After the project was completed clean up was never done. Installer stated that they do not perform any clean up.

I was looking for a particular brand, collection, and color of an area rug that we already had three smaller versions of. I literally spent hours/ days attempting to locate and contact various manufacturers for this particular area rug to no avail. My final contact was with salesman, Rich Honan, of Carpet Crafters Inc. Mr. Honan immediately responded to my request and began the process of searching for the area rug. He then contacted the manufacturer, was able to locate the area rug, and advised where I would be able to view the rug on the internet. Through, multiple phone calls on Mr. Rich Honan's part, I was able to order this area rug at a great price. The area rug was delivered in less than a week, and it is absolutely stunning. A 10 week wait from time of downpayment until arrival, but NEVER did Carpet Crafters call to update me on the project. (approx $6000 in carpet) Once it arrived installation left a large bubble in the room. The installers saw it, I addressed it with them but they did nothing about the bubble. I had to leave for an hour and in that time, they did also. Also they did not haul away old carpet, but that was irrelevant. They left far too many cut seams that are easily noticed, especially in door ways. I called and was left waiting for a bubble repair on three ocassions. Finally and without notice, a repair guy shows up and slashes the bubble and slaps some glue under it and calls it fixed. These guys stink and I will never consider them again. You may consider them, but now you have been warned.

WORST COMPANY TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! Got measured-Went in- picked carpet-set install date (3weeks out) was told by NICK they would get bk to me on price- they did next day- I agreed on given price that evening with NICK- offered to pay right then- NICK said he would call me to collect payment following day. I waited... They didn't call. I called- I messaged NICK - nothing. FINALLY, 5 days before install I get a text message, "let's part as friends I don't think I can do the job!" UNBELIEVABLE We scheduled our move in date around this SCHEDULED installation! Worst company I have ever encountered in my life. I've never been treated so poorly as a consumer. The time I wasted, trust I had, and move I scheduled were all for nought. We are a family who just bought a home with 2 young children. I thought this was a family business. They came highly recommended and all reviews positive and treated me and my family like DIRT. I can not believe they did this. Please please please be aware of how this company treated my young family and protect yours. Do not trust them or their word.

Dale, our salesman,  helped us pick out vinyl flooring and carpet and inspected the competed jobs.  Workers were prompt and did the job properly.

I purchased Mohawk carpeting for my entire house in January 2014 with installation in February. The installation was great and the carpeting looked beautiful. After several months the carpet was matting down and showed horrible traffic patterns. Carpet Crafters had an independent inspector come to my home. The results were that this is normal wear and tear and Mohawk stood by these results with no further commitment from them to replace the carpet. I sent a letter to both the Mohawk Company and to Carpet Crafters with my displeasure of the results. Within one week I received a call from Nick Argiris from Crafter Crafters that the carpet would be replaced at no cost to me with Smart Strand carpet. Nick Argiris was the instrument to solve this matter. Nick has been the most honest and caring retailer I have been in contact with for many years. He has always shown kindness and been a true gentleman with all of our conversations over this situation. I would recommend to anyone to only deal with Carpat Crafters when purchasing any flooring products. You will receive the upmost professional, honest, knowledgeable and caring service from Nick Argiris of Carpet Crafters.

We were very dissatisfied with our choice of carpeting once it was installed. Ted and Patti worked with us until we were completely satisfied. Ted came up with a price which we thought was fair and also allowed us to choose different carpeting. We are very satisfied with our second selection and very pleased that they were willing to work with us. Their installers were very professional, neat and courteous. We would highly recommend Carpet Crafters for your flooring needs.

Tony was a great help in the selection process at the store. The carpet was installed on time and the installers did a very nice job. The family room had just been painted and they did very little damage to the paint job.
