Terribly! The initial pair that came out were prompt, although they didn't know how to address the problem. They took pictures and promised a report within a week. Months went by with no reply, so I asked our HOA to contact them. They decided the hatch should be replaced. The scheduler called to have them come out in February, when it was icy and wet, which would've made a mess in our house and been dangerous for the crew. As it wasn't an urgent repair I suggested waiting until the weather improved. We did schedule a repair date and I cancelled because of a family medical emergency (although it turns out they were going to send the wrong crew anyway), and after many rounds of phone tag in which the scheduler was going to check on what was needed, I called and was VERY RUDELY told that the project had been closed out because of MY unresponsiveness. By this point we had waited six months for the repairs and I had been very flexible and patient. Because they had billed my HOA for the parts I had to stick with this vendor. So my HOA called them and the scheduler called me with the most unbelievably rude attitude. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a contractor. She told me that their crew would be there the next Monday and I had to be home because they were pulling people off jobs to do this. My husband took off work to be here. One guy showed up, and he just replaced the metal fixtures with the SAME METAL FIXTURES that are just going to rust all over again. The incompetence and lack of customer service is staggering. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.
