Terrible craftsmanship. Charged $666 dollars. Was told he would put in new dvd player and add shelf to replace to broken DVD/VCR player. Since new one was smaller he was going to fill in extra space with shelves. instead he ripped the old one out and I mean ripped, because he broke the frame around the old DVD player and left a hole instead of building shelves. Looks absolutely horrible. Also was supposed to support loose running board, instead he only tighten bolts. The only thing that was done so far correctly is the power window switch. I could have done the DVD myself and tighten the bolts instead of paying an outrageous price for horrible work. For the inferior work done and cost i would never recommend to anyone. Beware.

I arrived on time and was greeted warmly. As the technician was working on my vehicle, 'Bob, the owner would check back with me to give me updates regarding the progression of the installation of the alarm on the vehicle. He was true to his word. He even gave me a discount.
