"1. No deposit was taken from member or any other customer in 20 years. 2. Original job was done over 15 years ago. Only the ends of the driveway were repaired due to improper installation by others. 3. Improper edging was used. 20%% of the original 2100 sq done by others. All new repair due has a 1 year guarantee from date of repair, not other areas. 4. Sand has no guarantee and discoloration of pavers was there before job and remains due to etching of paver. Drive was in bad shape, customer doesn't have problems with repair. 5. We went to customers house 3 times to make her happy, not true, she made unanswered call. Saw her husband three times. 3 service calls. When large rain happens water pushes up through pavers and washed small amount out. Sent sand out, resealed that area and job is sealed fine."
