The Dogwaggin

Needed to board our dog while floors were being refinished. This was short notice and dog is an abused rescue dog with baggage. The staff was kind and loving in handling our problem child - very patient. The folks there seem to love their guests and I would highly recommend

When we picked up our pooches, they were calm, happy and tired from all the fun they'd had playing. My fear is that if left unattended in case a fire happened, the dogs wouldn't be safe. I feel strongly that Dog Waggin has everything needed, from separate rooms for small dogs vs. large dogs, fully enclosed outdoor space, and staff that is well-seasoned in caring for and training dogs. We booked our dog's stays well in advance as they seem to have a constant stream of overnight boarders and we wanted to be sure they had availability. I'm not sure of their maximum number of boarders or daycare slots. They provide a multiple dog discount.

The last time I took my dogs to Dogwaggin' was in January or February.Maybe the cost is approximately twenty two dollars a day. I don't know if there is a package to do two dogs a month. Usually I buy groups of five. I just like the owners. They are young and they are dog trainers.They have a good facility. They separate the big dogs from the smaller dogs. They put like dogs together. The thing that drew me most to them was that they have an adult on the premises twenty four hours a day. That means if there was something like a fire, the dogs would be paid for.

The Dog Waggin (Lisa) has provided valuable dog walking services and taken very good care of my dog. They are friendly and courteous.
Lisa noticed that the dog was not feeling well and let me know and I was able to make arrangments to have the dog taken to the vet... and it was very good that she did because if it had waited until I got back, he would have been even more sick. I feel that Lisa went above and beyond to take care of my dog and I am very grateful. I now have made arrangements to the Dog Waggin to do regular nail/ear/bath visits at their facility for my dog.

Our miniature goldendoodle has had a lot of time with the great people and fellow guests at the Dogwaggin. Lisa, Mark and the rest of the staff are terrific with all the dogs and when I pick my guy up after a day of playing he is happy and exhausted.
My wife and I previously were taking our guy to a place in Glenview but when she changed jobs we needed to find someplace closer to our house as she started to commute to Aurora (we live in Sleepy Hollow). We were nervous about switching places because our old place really treated the dogs well and trained our guy how to be social around both people and other dogs. However, once we spoke to Lisa and learned about her goals of creating a less stressful dog kennel for her clients we were intrigued. After a couple days at the place it was obvious our dog really enjoyed his new place Mark and Lisa have worked really hard to create a great business that treats their guests with compassion and care. They’ve certainly succeeded.

When I called to ask about what services they offered, I schedule an appointment with The Dog Waggin' so they could evaluate Eddie. They also allowed me to tour the full facility. Once they determined that he could attend without causing any issues, we scheduled some time. His first day there was free. There after, I drop him at the door, and they take him back into the facility.

I have also boarded him with them over the weekend. When They have dogs boarding, they stay over in the facility, and the dogs are never crated.
