Sensor was replaced in dryer. Took 10 minutes. He unscrewed the back of the dryer while I held it forward. Took off sensor and put on new sensor. Screwed the back of the dryer on and left.

He always comes quickly, is neat, polite and informative, and his repairs have always worked the first time. Today, on the phone, he went above and beyond; we're not sure we want to spend any more money on this elderly machine, so he TALKED ME through taking the front panel off to see if something was stuck in the pump! He was very patient, and he knew exactly what to look for at each step of the way. Turned out we didn't find anything, but taking it apart and putting it back together seems to have reduced the problem for now. I would absolutely recommend R.E.S. to anyone in the area, for any large appliance repair.

I called them and they came out the same day. They were courteous, straight-forward and worked quickly. They did not have the belt I needed on-hand but quickly went to retrieve it.
