Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
I was very happy with Mike's service. I was not happy that a furnace that was installed by ABC less than 2 years ago had a bad circuit board. Mike had to fix a few other issues that ABC didn't do correctly. I now have a furnace that is working, and a humidifier that is working too. Mike is very nice and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

They did good work but I felt the price was very high but did not have much choice as I needed to get my house heated as soon as possible.

"The submitted request was �Emergency Service�. Upon contacting, you requested to purchase parts, explaining that you self diagnosed the troubles. It was explained to you that we are not a parts supplier. You changed your demand to a quote for the completed repairs. We advised that we would need to locate parts and get pricing first and could then call you back with a quote for the completed repair. We located parts and pricing, contacted you and quoted for the completed repair. You approved and we immediately dispatched a service person. We obtained OEM parts, traveled to your location, repaired your system and charged you as quoted."

Please note, the reason for 4 stars on the value for the $ is because I do not know going rates and it turned out to be something we SHOULD have known how to do ourselves. Otherwise would have given all 5 stars. Mike answered distress call right away and is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out same day (a Saturday evening) and got our heat going right away. Gave us a much needed mini lesson on the heat system used in this home since we just recently moved in and didn't have a clue as to how it works. Would recommend. I am hoping we find future jobs with Mike to be a great bargain. To be honest, I think he kinda felt bad to have charged the service call fee he had quoted since the job actually was completed in a matter of minutes, it was that easy. However, we didn't know how to do it ourselves .... Til now :)

Mike has really good customer relations skills - prompt, initiates calls, explains well. I had an old cast iron radiator crack and Mike showed to be very knowledgeable about these old systems and handled the replacement and repair expertly.

Mike called almost immediately after I submitted a request and provided a very reasonable estimate for the service. He provided a reasonable quote, arranged for a convenient appointment, arrived within a reasonable timeframe and performed a very thorough review. Priority Group was able to come out to my place on last minute notice and resolve the issue we were having with our furnace. They were late for the appointment, but they made it a point to keep me up to date of when they would be arriving and they did the job pretty quickly. All in all was a good experience.
