He is very knowledgeable especially if you need other stuff that comes along in your home. I have been using him for about 4-5 years. He is tidy and cleans up after himself. He checks in with you frequently and calls before he shows up for his appointment. He always comes with his own supplies. He is also very personable and a very hard worker.
