Great experience. John came out the day after I contacted him. Digital signal reception is great. Much better than the individual antennas I had been using. I have had no issues. It was a pleasure doing business with Net 1, and I don't view most businesses that way.

Excellent experience.  I was impressed with the professionalism and pleased with the results (77 digital channels and goodbye Comcast!!)

The first time Corey came, he looked around and evaluated everything and did a quick fix on our tv.  He did not charge for the evaluation/recommendation, just for the new hd cable, very reasonable.  He recommended the sonos system  and some pieces to add.  He came and did the install and it went perfectly well.  Super easy.  He will come back in the spring to work on our patio sound.  Corey was great.  I would recommend him to anyone.  Solid guy.

Called the night before to verify appointment. Came right at the time he said he could come. Replaced the old antenna with a new much smaller unit that works much better. He checked cables to make sure it was in good condition or he would have replaced if needed. Scanned all the TV to make sure they all got the channels they were supposed to. Very professional at a very reasonable price, would highly recomend.

Definitely one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have experienced in his business. Corey was instantly responsive answering his phone each time I called him on the first couple of rings. He came when he said he would, and charged exactly what he said he would. His work was  neat and professional including all the cabling, the antenna and appropriate connectors. He hid each of the cables as well as possible keeping the outside of the house reasonably free from unsightly cable. I checked the inside of the cable box and even there his work was extraordinarily well done. He was respectful of our home and kept mud and dirt out. He checked each TV to be certain all stations were scanned and then explained to my daughter and me how to use the TV with antenna.

Corey Kendrick from Plugged In Audio-Video was a pleasure to work with. We have been trying to get rid of our cable bill but were getting confused with all the options out there. We finally decided it was worth the expense of bringing in someone who does this for a living. Corey was very professional from the beginning and very knowledgable on this subject. He spent time on the phone and here at our house discussing and explaining various options. The actual work for Corey we decided on was installing an outdoor digital antenna. We live on the 3rd floor of of a 3-flat. Corey supplied the antenna that he recommended so we didn't have to shop for one. He was prompt for the scheduled appointment. He handled all the work of mounting the antenna on the roof, running and attaching the cable into our condo, and helping us set up the TV. The antenna has to be positioned properly to receive the most available channels. Everything works great. We didn't do a cost comparison, but the $350.00 we paid for Corey's time to consult with us, and the materials/labor provided seemed reasonable to us. I would highly recommend his services.

I first talked with Corey and told him I was looking to have an antenna installed. We went over a game plan, he gave me a cost, and we set an appointment for the following week. All of this took about 15 minutes.
John showed up on time the day of the installation. I showed him where everything was, and he took it from there. After the antenna was installed he came inside and made sure that all of the TVs I needed hooked up (3) were up and running. He then gathered up his tools and left, the whole process taking about two hours.
Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from these guys. It was nice to kick back and relax knowing that everything was being taken care of. Installation was a week ago and I have not had any problems, though I'm sure if I did they would take care of it. Will definitely use in the future!!

I was very happy with the service, installation, and the product.He also  made sure my entire home theater system was working correctly with the new antenna.

We initially had a little trouble getting in touch with Plugged In, but once we reached Corey things went very smoothly. He provided detailed information prior to coming out to our home. He arrived on time, did a complete review of existing systems, provided a detailed estimate and then got to work. Start to finish the appointment was about 3 hours. We will definitely call again if the need arises.

I contacted Plugged In Audio-Video via angie's list email early on a Saturday afternoon.  Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call form them a few hours later.  Corey inquired about the job.  I explained I need a TV antenna and would like a rough estimate of having one installed.  He asked me specifics, ie address, did I have existing antenna, etc.  He then explained my options and the approximate costs.  He then gave me several websites, so I could find what stations were available to me and so I could research and view the antenna.  I set an appointment for the first thing on Monday am, 6/24/2013.  Monday morning was stormy, rain and lighting.  About an hour before the appointment,,, Corey gave me a call.  Due to the weather conditions installing a antenna on the roof would be out of the question.  If the weather cleared he would try  and fit me in later in the day, he would know in a few hours, around 10:00 am.  At 10:00 am he called and asked if he could reschedule between noon and 1:00 the following day.  Tuesday 6/25/2013, I got a call at noon informing me he would be at my house in an hour.  He arrived viewed the project, gave me a price, and walked me through the process and went to work.  Upon completing the job, Corey took the time to review and show me everything that was done and explain how to use the new antenna.
I was very impressed.  A+ service and work!

I wanted to discontinue the use of satellite TV and needed a new TV Antenna.
I searched Angie's List under TV Antenna and came across: Plugged In Audio Video Inc.
I was impressed with the Member Reviews for Plugged In Audio Video Inc., and gave Corey Kendrick a call.
Corey was courteous and professional, he explained the TV Antenna options available in great detail, answered questions, and emailed me an invoice for the TV Antenna installation set to take place on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 @ 10:30 AM.
On Wednesday, June 5, Corey had called to provide ETA, when Corey arrived he introduced me to his co worker John.
Corey and John went to work immediately and did the following:  
* Removed old TV Antenna and wiring.
* Installed Digitenna Suburban Antenna UHF/VHF (Model DUV-S, High Range: 0-40 Miles), Coax cables along with Splitters/Connectors.
* Connected cables and setup TVs. 
* Showed me how to select digital channels using the Remote Control and told me the amount of antenna channels available for each TV.
I highly recommend Plugged In Audio Video Inc., Corey and John are courteous, professional and prompt.

I had had enough of missing my favorite TV shows because my TVs couldn't consistently receive a strong signal from my antenna system that ran through my house.  I had tried everything to fix the situation myself (including buying a new antenna, some new cables, even a pre-amplifier) to remedy the jury-rigged system of multiple splitters joined to long runs of old coax cables, some with broken, or poorly crimped-on, connectors that terminated at the antenna in my attic, but I realized I needed a professional to solve my problem of poor and intermittent OTA TV signal reception. 
I called Corey at Plugged In to explain my situation, and he made an appointment to show up the next day.When he arrived I showed him my current setup in the attc and he got right to work, on a number of variables (he fully explained) that could be responsible for my poor TV reception. After 1 hour or working in my hot, un-floored attic replacing my multiple coax connection points, a splitter, and re-positioning the antenna, we tested Corey's improved setup - reception was better, but still not perfect.  Cory suggested that replacing my $50 RCA antenna (bought on AMAZON a few months ago)  with one of the custom high-quality antennas that Plugged In sells might help, so he crawled back up into my attic to hook up his antenna.  The reception actually was much better, but still not totally satisfactory to Corey.  The next step was to mount and position an antenna outside, so Corey climbed up on his ladder and went to work.  The best part was, Corey did not pressure me to buy his fancy antenna, saying that my old one would work just fine on the unobstructed outdoor mount - saving me $100-150.  Moving the antenna outside fixed my reception problems, and Corey also replaced another 3-way splitter and coax connections on the lower levels of my house. He even helped rescan the digital channels on all of my TV's to  made sure that the OTA signals came in strong enough. I couldn't be happier with the job Corey did - I have great signal strength now for more OTA channels than I even knew existed.  I really appreciated Corey's professionalism, honesty and tenacity - really, he spent 3 hours squatting in a hot,dark, cramped attic and climbing up and down ladders, and up on my roof until the job was completed.  This Angie's List member highly recommends Plugged In for your AV needs - I will be using them again soon for wall-mounting some flat-screens.

On the day of the installation, John and Corry called me from the road to confirm our appointment and to let me know the ETA, they
reached my door right on time.  I explained more fully what my concerns were and they got right to work.  Within 2 hours I had incredibly sharp pictures on my TV's for some 40 channels without the cable!  As for Plugged in, they demonstrated everything that I would want in any contractor.  They were on time, respectful both to myself and my property,  got the job done efficiently and correctly, the end result was as expected, for a reasonable price and it was all incredibly easy.  I would recommend Plugged in completely.

They did a great job.  They inspected the current antenna, laid out our options (use existing or replace), replaced the antenna with a new digital antenna, hooked up the new antenna to our cable lines, and took the time to make sure the signal was coming across well at the TVs we wanted to use.

I wanted to rid myself of cable TV and decided to cut the cord by the end of the year. John was the technician that came to my home to disconnect three cable boxes and to install an antenna on a mast in the attic, hook up four T.V.s, and mount a good sized flat screen in the basement. I could not be happier. All T.V.s work wonderfully and the flat screen was mounted perfectly on an articulating wall bracket. The service was efficient and everything was ready to go when he left. John responded quickly to my phone call to inquire and to set an appointment. John told me what equipment I required to get the end result I wanted and he was exactly right. He was friendly, professional, and showed me how to work all of equipment. He cleaned up after the work and put all of the cable boxes, cables, remotes, etc in a box for me. I was very happy with the work all the way around. I will be getting surround sound installed soon and I will be using Plugged In Audio Visual for that job as well. Highly recommended!
