REFERRED BY A FRIEND, SO THOUGHT THEY WERE RELIABLE, BUT YOU SHOULD NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING. THEY WERE PROMPT IN ARRIVING TO DO THE ESTIMATE AND CALLED ME AS PROMISED 1 WEEK LATER, BUT SAID IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS MORE FOR THE QUOTE, WHICH WAS OK. HERE IT IS NEARLY 30 DAYS LATER, AND THEY WON'T MAIL, E-MAIL, FAX OR LEAVE A VOICE MAIL WITH THE ESTIMATE DETAILS OR TELL ME THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK. ONLY A COUPLE OF VOICE MAILS SAYING THEY AREN'T NEAR A FAX AND WILL CALL ME WITH THE ESTIMATE, WHICH HAS YET TO HAPPEN. TURNED OUT TO BE LIKE ALL THE OTHER STEREOTYPICAL CONTRACTORS WHO NEVER GET BACK TO ME WHEN THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THE JOB. HONESTY WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE, INSTEAD OF WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME WHILE THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND A MONTH OF WAITING FOR NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTING - DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR LOSS. FOLLOW-UP: TOOK A MONTH FOR A VERBAL (VOICE MAIL) QUOTE, THEN THEY WOULDN'T CALL BACK TO DISCUSS DETAILS. GAVE THEM NUMEROUS CHANCES TO EARN MY TRUST AND BUSINESS.
Description of Work: NONE - CAN'T GET A QUOTE OR A LIVE RETURN CALL, AFTER ALMOST A MONTH, SINCE THEY CAME OUT TO ESTIMATE THE JOB COST. WAS LOOKING TO HAVE SEVERAL JOBS PERFORMED, NOT NECESSARILY ALL AT ONCE: LEAKING TOILET/BATHROOM REMODEL, RECESSED LIGHTING INSTALLED IN LIVING ROOM, AND FRONT PORCH REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.
