THE SERVICE PEOPLE THAT CAME WERE NICE AND POLITE. THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE OFFICE AND THE COMPANY ITSELF. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, SO I HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE. THEY ALSO DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH PAGING THE TECHNICIAN AS THEY SAID. AND, THEY DIDN'T CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM.
