It’s been done for quite a while now.  The quote he gave was all without materials.  I would definitely recommend him. He basically works for himself  and is very neat.  He gives ideas but works well with the home owner if you don't go along with his ideas, because I nixed almost all of his. There was a lot going on personally so I was doing a lot of leaving the state of Illinois so he was in my house alone a lot of times. He easily did a lot of extra jobs for me.  There was one time I had to leave and go find tile and he had a plane 4 hours later.  He inadvertently left the granite or cabinet sample at home, and so he stopped what he was doing, grabbed everything and met me at the tile place.  He was very flexible.  I added so much stuff and changed so much stuff.  I did so much of the stuff myself.  I picked the tiling, and the tiling I picked happened to be exceedingly expensive and so it’s hard to judge the price.  I think he did the stuff I told him that I wanted him to do, like just tearing out the kitchen and installing other cabinets.  He didn’t do any flooring because it was already in place but I think his price was appropriate for doing the electrical and stuff.  I don’t even know how much I ended up spending.
