AMAZING!! 5 stars are not enough!! Highly recommend this company. I was at ease from the first visit through the last!! The professionals that were in my house for 3 days were awesome! We had great banter and they kept me up to speed. They knew my concern over the stress that the project was having on my pets and were very courteous with them! I love this company and they have a customer for life!

Excellent. Provided a basic concept of what we wanted and the MegaPro team created the finished product. They created a unique wall design from a basic pattern on a piece of paper that turned into a work of art which made all the difference. The team was on time, protected (masks, etc.), always cleaned up and finished the project in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

I trust them, and I like the work that they do. they're perfect in every way.

From beginning to end I felt that everyone involved had respect for my 140 year old home, and came up with suggestions for difficult fixes that other companies did not. The different work crews were always on time and usually a bit early, they appeared to be working almost non-stop, and cleaned up at the end of the day (it took about 8 days for the siding portion), Jeremy did a great job of helping me with the details in the beginning, and Lou, the project manager, was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. I could have gotten the job done cheaper , I DON'T believe I could have gotten the job done BETTER.

The process was thorough and quick. Their three step procedures let me know what had to be done, who would do the work and when. The workmen were professional and left the worksite clean. They responded to my request for little details and made sure I was ok was their work before they left.

We hired MegaPros to remodel our condo with all new luxury vinyl flooring, new countertop and backsplash in the kitchen, new vanities in the washrooms and paint the entire condo. From top to bottom this was the most incompetent group of people we’ve ever dealt with. Here is a list of all the problems: We were quoted 9 days to complete the remodel. It took over 60 days. We were told our engineer would give us a day by day schedule and who would be at our home and what they will be doing. That happened for the first 9 days, but nothing after that and we were never told who would be at our home at any time. The crew was supposed to tarp and protect all access and work areas. That never happened. They laid the new floor so poorly that they had to tear it all up and redo it. Much of the new quarter round strips were cut to short or to long and some were not nailed in. The painting was poorly done. They had paint on all the light fixtures, missed numerous spots especially along the woodwork and one washroom and in some places the paint was all over the woodwork. They had to come back three different times to try and correct. They even painted our fuse box shut. It had to be pried open. The backsplash has numerous crooked tiles and was poorly grouted. They would not correct. One day after putting in the new stainless steel sink, they scratched it all up. They broke one of our TV’s and one of our wall sconces. The cleaning crew was supposed to clean and detail everything. They were here for 1.5 hours and did a horrible job. We spent the next two days cleaning the condo ourselves. One good note was Travis. He came in and did a good job correcting a lot of the mistakes. He was the only person at MegaPros who had a clue as to what they were doing. Unfortunately, MegaPros pulled the plug on him and refused to correct anymore of the shoddy work that was done. Don’t waste your time with MegaPros. They’re clueless.

Mega Pros is a pleasure to work with, and the finished work looks great. Raul was able to save the custom baseboard and reinstall it, and he trimmed the bathroom door as the new flooring was a little higher. Raul and John also alerted me to a termite problem in the old underlayment and referred me to a pest control company. I'll use Mega Pros again for future work.

Excellent experience all around. John spent a lot of time with me selecting the best match for the existing siding. The finished siding looks great, and all debris from the demolition was removed.

On time for the most part, it happened right after all that flooding, so it put them behind a day or 2 at the most. Voitek, the carpenter was a perfectionist and it shows. Lou the project manager reached out to me practically every day with updates. Many compliments from the the foot traffic down my busy street when they see my new porch.

They were GREAT. The scheduling and coordination was organized around our needs, the work was professional (and adapted well to the needs of our quirky house) and the employees were all very pleasant. Several issues were solved easily and quickly during the process and we were pleased with all of their suggestions. We definitely will use them again!

The past jobs and these 2 recent jobs were exceptional. They are prompt, clean and professional. MegaPros provides you with a day to day job schedule when they start your job and they stick to it. .The most important thing is how excellent their work is. I have used them before and will use them again.

No one ever called me back. Three times I called over the course of a week and a half. No one ever called me back.

First class from start to finish

Window was replaced with a minimal amount of mess. Because the window was incorporated with the siding, the siding was repaired and it did not show upon completion of repairs. Once the repairs were completed, the area was cleaned so that there was no mess left behind. I would recommend them for home renovations. We have used them for over 30 years on two different houses.

Excellent. John was very good at keeping up the lines of communications and made the project as painless as it could be.

John Thomas came out and gave me an estimate and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Although his estimate was a little higher than the others, John's attention to detail was what I was looking for. Dylan came out to to the repair. He showed up on time and did not rush through the job, even though he had to return briefly the next day to finish. I am extremely pleased with the repair and i will use them again and refer them to friends. Thank you John and Dylan for a GREAT job!!

We had repair work done on our roof, which had a leak. John Thomas came out and assessed the damage, took the time to talk with my husband and I completely about what Mega Pros would do and wrote up the estimate. After that point, he was in frequent contact about when the work would be done how long it would take and who would be out to do the work. When Dylan came out to do the work he was polite, did a great job and updated me on the progress of the project after the first day and what would be completed the second day. At the end of the project, he again updated me on what had been done. After the job was completed, we noticed one small area on the roof that needed shingles, Dylan came out quickly to fix that. I am just not used to that level of professionalism and communication in a company, I haven't seen that in the 28 years we have had repair or remodeling work done on our house . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home repair or remodeling work. You get the feeling that Mega Pros, as a company, "gets it"; the importance of a customer-centered approach. It makes all the difference in the world.

We wanted and NEEDED our kitchen remodeled for several years but because of the cost and various "life surprises" we kept postponing. In 2015 we decided it had to be done and I started research on the steps to take for a successful remodel. One of the things consistently said was "get a good contractor, they will make or break your project", So I started my search for a contractor. I contacted 4 contractors : We met with 2 who either had limited staff and told us there might be times we would not see them for a few days because they would have to be doing something for another project or said "remember, every profession makes some errors, nobody is perfect....1 called and said the first appointment to meet would be in MAYBE a month and the last one I still haven't heard from .I heard radio ads for Megapros but other than that I knew nothing about them. I finally heard another radio ad for Mega and the person giving the review was an acquaintance of mine! The next time I saw her I asked her opinion and she told me what she said on the radio was true...no hype, they were just really good. I called Mega and from that first phone call I was impressed. The woman answering the phone was pleasant and ready to help. I told her I was looking for a place that not only did good work but that would take the guessing out of a big project. She made an appointment for Jeremy to visit our home and discuss the work. I was ready with my questions...Jeremy was ready with answers. He did not sugarcoat, he noted that our house was not new (it's approx. 90 years old), that kitchen remodels are not inexpensive so as we'd go along he might suggest a lesser alternative but it was totally up to us on how much money to spend and on what. No bum's rush, no "slick salesman" rhetoric, Jeremy was there for almost 2 hours and went over all of our ideas and then some. He said he'd have some "figures" for us within a week and he WAS back within a week with a full proposal. Their prices were a bit higher than the others we contacted but I believe you get what you pay for. (the price shown here is for Mega's work... the flooring, tile, appliances, countertop are of course not included in that) We decided to go with Mega and Jeremy scheduled another meet with a design engineer/project manager to go over details and take measurements and pictures of the work area. From the first meeting, to the demo day through completion we were constantly amazed at the professionalism and attention to our concerns that was given by Don Domanus our project manager and his crew...especially Lou, who is an amazingly talented professional with an eye for detail and perfection. Don was available any time by phone, email or text, was quick to respond and just as quick to obtain an answer or solution. I thought I was fairly prepared for this project but at one point I became somewhat overwhelmed with the decisions that must be made in a kitchen remodel but Don remained calm and kind and allowed me to express my doubts and ask questions (a LOT OF QUESTIONS) all the while assuring me this was an expected part of the process, this was not only an expensive project but something most people wait many years for so I shouldn't hesitate to call because he wanted us to be happy when they were done. I can assure you I put him to the test and he past with flying colors!! The Mega crews were efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, clean and respectful. They deserve to be called MegaPROS. They showed up on time EVERY DAY, they kept us informed of the daily work to be done and the process, gave us a weekly schedule of the crews that would be coming to the house, cleaned up every night before they left, and stayed with the project until every last detail was just right. Mega's quote came VERY close to their proposal. Now let's be real....9 weeks without a stove or sink or your "normal" routine is brutal. Everything has to be makeshift and most days the VERY LAST thing you want is to come home and face a gutted kitchen and eat food from a microwave and wash dishes in the bathroom sink! But if you're going to do it, then you definitely want a company like Mega with employees like Don, Lou and staff because their professionalism made it all worth while. We LOVE our kitchen and new floors and we are definitely cheerleaders for MegaPros!! If you're in need of help for a project don't hesitate to call them. (FYI...They don't just do big projects..they also have a "handyman" service for small projects!)
