Lifetime Fitness - Algonquin

I was a member of lifetime fitness for about a year and a half and had training there for a little over a year, I saw great results with training although they are extremely pushy. After my trainer moved to a different club, it was difficult to find a replacement. The four other trainers I tried didn't work for me. Shortly after I terminated my membership and 6 months later I join again, they lure you in with useless LT bucks that I never ended up using and when I tries to cancel my membership within 30 days for a full refund, apparently there is a fine print that says it's only for new members and former members do not have that option so I was pretty upset because the person that signed me up assured me that I had nothing to lose and that I have 30 days for a full refund. I spoke to the managers and they did what they could to keep me as a member, and I agreed, which was my mistake. I should have cancelled at that time, because shortly after that I ended up terminating my membership and lost the opportunity for a refund. Overall this company is money hungry and deceiving and from what I hear very bad to work for as well, their employee turnover rate is crazy.

Lifetime Fitness is A+++. They are awesome! They have great equipment, it is very clean, and the staff is very professional. They always answer your questions. It is the best experience to be a member there. It is very convenient because they are open 24-7. They people are very nice and helpful. The trainers are always willing to help and answer your questions. I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend Lifetime Fitness Center to anyone.

I really like the building. It's very family friendly. It's large and spacious. It's got all the up to date equipment. It has knowledgeable staffing people. They are very helpful. Their communications are just out of this world in terms of emails that they send out in a lurch. In fact that drives you nuts sometimes. They are open 24/7. There is nothing wrong with getting there and if anything they need a bigger parking lot. It's a great facility and it's very nice. I have only dealt with 3 people there and they seem to be very professional.

PHIL HAS A GREAT "GO GET 'EM" PERSONALITY. HE IS ALSO VERY INFORMATIVE.
