The salesperson was good and knowledgeable. The refrigerator we purchased was too short. What I didn't like about the experience, was I couldn't just return it and get a new one. I had to purchase the 2nd refrigerator and wait for a refund on the first one. It took almost a month to change out the 2 refrigerators. The installation was an "A". I would have to give them a "C" for overall, because of the dissatisfaction of the return/exchange policy. I would not purchase another appliance from them.

We purchased the windows because they were noted to be good windows. They took the old windows out and put in the new ones and were done in about a day. I checked the windows, and they weren't locking. I discovered that 7 windows were installed crooked, so that is why they would not lock. They sent someone out to correct them. They weren't perfect, but I was able to lock them, so I thought it was good enough. I went to clean the windows and discovered that one of the windows had a screw loosened almost completely so that it was straight enough to lock. I called them and they said they would come out, but I never heard back from them. One of the biggest problems is that the sales manager told me that they would be there for any of my needs, and she never followed up. A year later they had the nerve to call and see if they could use me as a reference! I said it wouldn't be a good one! She offered to come out and make any corrections, but I told her it was just too late. We had a window cleaning company come in later. The locks that lock in the screens are very difficult to lock. When they were putting the screens back in, some locks broke when they were trying to put them back on, and one even flew off and broke when the wind kicked up! I would never use them again for any kind of installation.

They had several different professional agencies. First they did an electronic measurement of all of the areas to be tiled, and then they did a second check to make sure that the floor could support the weight of the tiles. There was one person who laid the tile and grouted, and a plumber unhooked and reinstalled the appliances. They were very easy to work with. The plumber broke our pedestal sink, and bought a new one, along with new faucets for no extra cost to us. We had to have them come back to secure the quarter round, but other than that, everything was perfect.

These guys were extremely clean. They did an excellent job. I do not recall the price. They were very polite and nice. They were on time. The job got done quick and on schedule. I would use them again and recommend them.

It went flawlessly. The measurements were done when I was at work and a week later, the installer came out with the door and had it installed in under an hour. The guy was very professional and pleasant to deal with. At the store, the purchasing was very easy and everything was explained up front.

THEY CANCELLED THEIR APPOINTMENTS ON ME FOR ALL THREE APPOINTMENTS. I ONLY GAVE THEM A "D" BECAUSE THE GIRL IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL. WHEN IT CAME TO THE ACTUAL APPOINTMENT, HE JUST NEVER SHOWED UP.

HOME DEPOT DID NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISED APPOINTMENT AND THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO CANCEL OR TO RESCHEDULE. NOTE: I DID HAVE HOME DEPOT INSTALL SOME TRIM WORK BEFORE AND THE JOB WAS GOOD. THAT IS WHY I AM INDICATING THAT I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH MY EXPERIENCE IN THIS CASE WAS NOT GOOD.
