Used Service Magic at 5:30 PM and Roger called within minutes. Set up a visit early AM (before 7) next day so he could work on it before I left for work. Called later and said could come by that evening. Needed to order a part, drove the next day down to the far south suburbs (I'm up by Wisconsin line) to pick up part. This was Friday. He came back first thing Saturday and installed. Furnace has worked well all winter. Roger was quick, inexpensive, friendly, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them to anyonoe. They don't advertise much, but with their service, word of mouth should keep them busy.
