I have been using Complete Touch Cleaning for the past four years for a monthly cleaning and have been completely satisfied with them. I find the owner Cindy very accommodating, professional and always quick to respond to questions or schedule changes. I have had Felipe and Celsea as our cleaners and they are excellent. They are always prompt, courteous and do a great job on our house.

Great first cleaning but a few issues since then (all of which have now been communicated to Complete Touch) so we will see how the next cleaning goes.  A bit of a language/communication barrier with the folks that actually showed up to clean the last time so that did not help.  Some areas were not as clean as we expected but, again, we are new working with them so we are planning on giving them another chance.

This service is great.  Because we are on the schedule every four weeks, we get the same person each time.  Daisy is awesome!  She takes care of details and is also very kind.  I have a 5 month old baby and live with fibromyalgia, although with a host of other chronic illnesses.  It causes me great physical pain to clean, so we are very grateful for Daisy and the work she does.  Cindy, the owner, is good at communicating through e-mail.  I love how easy it is:  Cindy took my card number, and automatically charges me when Daisy leaves.  Daisy shows up as scheduled each month.  The only thing I have to do is have cash for a tip.  We love this service, it is so much better then our last one, and we have been very impressed.

The whole experience was very good. They were efficient and very friendly. They were a little late, but they called to notify me, so it was fine. When they were finished, the whole house sparkled. I would definitely hire them again.

Everybody has been very, very good. They are flexible on times and availability dates, and are always punctual. The prices are very comparable. I have allergies and require special cleaning products, and they were very willing to use these special products I supply they are very good about making sure these allergen-free products are the only ones used on my home.
