I asked David to ensure that whatever he did, he was NOT to lose my desktop links nor my data as that was paramount on my list of things to be cared for regardless of what the repair was.  David told me that it would take a while to completly diagnose the computer issues and he would then get back to me with the what the issues were and alternatives to repair.  Over the next week, David proposed and I accepted to add memory, replace a hard drive, upgrade my current windows 7 32 byte operating system to Windows 10 64 byte OS and then reload and clean the computer top to bottom.  This man is a very very competent technician and he takes time to make sure all is done correctly and 'by the book'. Though the final cost was a bit more than I anticipated when I called around for service, It was not a surprise as David was in contact with me as each dollar was added to the bill to facilitate a repair that made my desktop new again.  In closing,  when David delivered the desktop, he took the time to show me EXACTLY how the new operating system worked, he returned the old parts, gave me a business card on how to reach him for any questions and stated he stood behind his repairs and any questions he would gladly assist to resolve.  This man is NOT a craigs list jockey looking to make a few quick dollars nor an online service where they do not really speak english and you have to hope they are doing all repairs wisely and effectively on your behalf.  I will use David again and I will give him great reviews and referrals to my fiends.  GREAT JOB DAVID AND THANK YOU!!  You delivered as you stated you would.

He did a great job. The task wasn't easy but he performed the service in a reasonable amount of time.  He was punctual, courteous and was concerned that I got what I paid for...that my problem was resolved. The owner is very sharp and knowledgeable about computers and I would hire him again.

David, the owner, is great! This particular virus was a particularly difficult case and took a couple of tries. David was able to access my computer remotely (with my authorization, of course), so I didn't have to bring it in, and stuck with it and would not accept any payment until the problem was completely solved. Best of all,in my case, was that he charges one flat rate, whether the job takes one hour or two days. 
I also know David's character, that he is very honest and trustworthy, which is important when you are giving a person complete access to your computer.

It was great.  He returned call in less than 24 hours and personally came to my home to pickup our broken computer.  He offered an hourly rate if I wanted him to stay at my home to fix the computer but recommended that the  $150 all inclusive deal was usually better since he could take my hard drive back to his business and identify/correct any problems, independent of how long it took.  He was professional, thorough, pleasant, and kept me informed of his progress.  He was able to save my hard drive so that I didn't have to spend an additional $75 for a new hard drive.  He reinstalled Norton Security, Windows (updates too), printer software, and recovered all our documents/photos.  When he brought the computer back, he spent almost an hour setting everything up again so that all I had to do was turn on the computer!  He also kindly gave me advice about laptops to buy for my kid.
