Basement Remodel
They came in a couple times and assessed our basement and gave us an estimate. Early February they came in with a contract giving us 72 hours to cancel. We were given a price for the services and put down a $12,000 deposit. The next day we had to cancel due to some other issues that came up in our lives. We did not know at that point if we needed to postpone or cancel, but we did let him know we were not able to move forward or commit to the work. Mark expressed that understood our situation. After about 2 wks we called Mark and stated that we would like our money or check returned. He said okay -after which we lost contact - with him not answering our phone calls and our money was never returned. It has been two months and we still have not received our money back or been able to get in contact with him. No work was started or done, and we did contact him within the necessary time.
