C & S Painting

Description of Work: Scott Keenan IS C & S Painting. We had him paint our outside trim last year and he did a wonderful job. This year, we had him paint the entire interior first floor (the living floor) of our home. We have vaulted ceilings with an approximate 13-1/2 foot peak throughout most of the main floor. Scott painted the walls, ceiling, closets, interior doors and all trim, including painting up the stairs throughout the second story hall and ceiling. We did not have the bedrooms painted. Scott's prep work included fixing several wall cracks around windows and near our dining room ceiling. Some cracks were minor, several were major. Once the painting was done, you'd never know the cracks had been there! Scott has a special talent with edging: the wall paint was significantly darker than the ceiling, which was white. It will be most helpful if you will put little pieces of painter's tape or some such colored tape on spots you'd like Scott to fix--like small cracks or dings in the drywall or rough places/nail pops/ceiling imperfections/taping issues you'd like handled. Since he had a large job to do, it made it much easier for him to spot things. Quite a few people have seen the work Scott did on our home and raved about how crisp, clean and straight the edging work was and what perfection Scott's work is! Scott is a perfectionist, so don't expect him to work too quickly. You'll be thrilled with the results!
