Carpet Installation
We wanted to include the stairs in the estimate and they did not. We weren't aware of this and we told them to go ahead with the work. The installation was fine, but we had to end up paying more for the stairs. I'm very dissapointed in the quality of the carpeting, and we could have gotten higher quality carpeting from another company at the same price I found out later.
