Very well. This vet practice was recommended to us by CASE/Companion Animal Specialty Emergency Hospital in Crystal Lake. My husband and pet's visit was with Dr. Green and my husband was very happy with the service he received for our pet. He shared that Dr. Green was comprehensive and really seemed to care about our pet, not just treat her like another number.

It was good. I had to keep going back because my cat had a problem. There was all kind of blood work and tests done and I spent a lot of money because she had an issue that had to be resolved. It didn't clear up right away so it was quite expensive. The veterinary knows what she's doing.

The surgery went very well. Once she sedated my boy and started to clean his teeth, she was able to see that he needed several extractions. He has healed very well. Her staff called the next day to check to see that he was comfortable, eating and drinking.

The staff and vets at All Paws were really great. The rescue dog (now called Jazzy) was skittish, snappy, etc. but everyone was very patient with her which I really appreciated. They even suggested that I bring her in outside of just visits and let her "hang out" so she can become more comfortable. That really helped me know that they cared.

The vet still isn't her favorite thing but I will continue to take her there.

I have been brining my puppy to All Paws since we got him in early July and have been very pleased with the service I have received since then.  The office staff is friendly and Dr. Lapin is amazing.  She has been so helpful with advice on taking care of the puppy.  She does not rush through the appointment, she takes her time to throroughly check out the puppy and to make sure I don't have any concerns or questions.  Then she takes the time to make sure that I understand her answers.
She had many helpful suggestions on where to go for training and what types of food to give him.  She even gave us some free samples of foods to feed him while he was having tummy troubles.

Dr Linda Lapin has been the Veterinarian for all of our animals for 31 years.  We have followed her from Wilmette, to Barrington and now to Algonquin.  Our very first encounter with her occurred when she sadly diagnosed our first dog with a cancer.  She then took time to explain in detail to our 5 year old daughter, complete with explanation of xrays, what bone cancer meant.  She also told our 5 year old that girls do become Veterinarians and can do whatever they want to do.  This same daughter is now in Veterinary School and she gives all credit to the wonderful young Vet who gave her the inspiration.
All of our dogs, except the first, our cat and even our rabbits, outlived their expected life spans.  Dr Lapin has always been very good at explaining all our options for treatments, her recommendations, and expected outcomes.  She has never pressured us into doing anything we didn't feel we could afford at the time.  She also never hesitated to tell us when we needed to see a specialist because she didn't have the proper equipment.  In 2010, she performed a 4 hour operation on our golden retriever and saved his life.  Today, he is a happy healthy dog.  Several years ago, she also did a liver resection on another dog and provided us with more years of enjoyment with her.
We drive over 50 miles round trip to have our dogs seen by Dr Lapin at All Paws Vet Clinic.  We do this because we trust her.  I have been personally told by several Vet specialists that Dr Lapin is an excellent Veterinarian who has given our animals top notch care.  My husband and I highly recommend All Paws Veterinary Clinic to anyone in the area.  Vet care is expensive because all Vet clinics have overhead costs.  We have never found All Paws fees to be out of line.
