All went well as usual. I have been using them for about 30 years. All my neighbors and friends in Algonquin use this company. When I informed Algonquin Heating about the one bad review on Angie's list I read they assured me that it was a fake post by a competitor and they have no record of it. I would highly recommend Algonquin Heating as I have for a long time

I called early morning and by late morning my a/c was working again, they were prompt , professional and the charges seam reasonable, I would recommend them, they installed my neighbors furnace 25 years ago and were highly recommended.

The service man spent one hour at our home and charged us $280.00 in labor. He told us we needed a new fan motor and his office would be contacting us. They never did and when we called them they said they had no record of our job. Numerous calls resulted in no help. Very disappointed.

It all went great. The technician Brian came out to go over the estimate and he answered every question I had in detail. He explained the difference and cost between the different types of units I could get. He measured the house so he knew exactly the size I needed without spending to much. I like an actual tech came out instead of some smooth talking salesmen! There was no pressure at all. I've used them in the past for repairs so it was an easy choice to go with them. The price was not out of line with anyone else. I assumed it would take a week or so but no, they were back out with the furnace and air in 2 days. They explained how long it would take over the next 2 days and they were right on. They laid down tarps and were very good. Brian was the lead on all of this and he by far was the best tech that I've used. Cleaned up everything after they left and told me everything I need to know about the unit, the warranty and everything else. I was never rushed.

This was a great experience - we were charged exactly what we were quoted - there were no "surprises" - crew was punctual, communicative, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The house was left very clean - all equipment was tested and working. We just used it this week and it works beautifully. The products used were high quality, and the cost was very reasonable.

I called Algonquin Heating and Airconditioning, and they had a technician out within an hour. He looked at the situation, gave me an estimate, and collected a $50.00 deposit. He left to get parts and returned in about an hour to make the repairs.

The man that came out was very friendly. He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. I was very happy with them.
