They do not tell about their exta fees until the job gets done. They had to fix the trucks and pumps while I was paying for their time on the job site. This is a company I would definitely not ever use nor recommend

"Reviewer is a contractor for whom we've done two jobs. He complained on the first job because we arrived ahead of concrete and were set up & ready to pump when it arrived. This is standard practice & spares the client waiting time on the ready mix truck. No extra fees. Same complaint on the second job. This time however our operator discovered a mechanical problem before concrete arrived. A replacement pump was sent out immediately and there was a 15 minute delay in getting started. There were no extra fees or costs involved in this but he demanded we give a $300 discount or he would leave a revenge review. He also screamed at our office staff for a full 15 minutes. There were no extra fees or hidden costs on his invoices. We don't work that way."
