The quote was fair based on competitive quotes. United's installers were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything to me and offered up any troubleshooting ideas i might need. They were very respectful of our home and pets. I was 100% confident that they knew what they were doing. I would recommend United to anyone. Thank you for giving me the confidence that I received a fair deal. I had another company come out and try to completely gouge me on price. United's price was right in line of what I expected to pay. Great experience overall.

Our AC broke on a Sunday night and we left a message with United's answering service. Bob was at our house at 10:00am the next day and within the hour our air was back on! Thank goodness, because it was 88 degrees that day! He did several things to make sure our unit was functioning at it's best, and the bill was very reasonable. We highly recommend United.
