"There really was no way for us to know that this drive, which wasn't connected when we received it, and was hidden so it could barely be seen, and had a defective, noisy HD fan, was supposed to be operational. We took care of it quickly and professionally after it was pointed out to us, under warranty, and the total price for the work was very fair in our opinion. I'm really not sure what we would have to do to achieve all "A"'s in this case. I can see a "B" for maybe one category, but three? Seems a little harsh. We travaled a great distance to pick up and deliver, performed three jobs (hardware repair, software repair/virus cleanup, and tuneup) for the price of one job. It's hard to imagine getting better service or pricing from any other reputable shop. It was a huge amount of work. We also determined that his 1TB SSD drive has warning markers, informed him of it, and gave him software for free so that he could monitor it for himself. We really go out of our way to provide top-notch service, and I am proud of the work we did for this customer."

"Grateful for the kind review, but a "B" for punctuality is a little harsh considering that this is an advanced repair that requires a skill level rarely found at any computer technology shop. Successful GPU reflows require very expensive equipment, a high level of technical proficiency and experience, and extreme care so as not to melt vital logic board components.
