Caroline helped us with the design and selection of materials for each room, including paint colors that would fit best. Because the walls are concrete, and the townhouse is built on a concrete slab, to stay within budget we were limited to updating each room rather than complete redesigning. Adrian and his crew did great work, and consulted us regularly about details such as placement of drawer pulls and decisions about solving unexpected problems. It felt like a collaboration to get the best outcome, especially since there were so many details we hadn't initially considered. One of the delightful results of the work is the transformation of 3 skylights that were framed and painted to look modern and fresh. Now they are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. I've heard other people tell remodeling horror stories. We have been delighted with the work, the people, and the results.

Caroline of Total Kitchen and Bath is a true professional. She worked diligently with my architect to creat my dream vintage kitchen. She is knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with. Communication with Caroline was seamless and her response time amazing. Purchasing my cabinets from Total Kitchen and Bath has been a very positive experience.

Look no further. Total Kitchen & Bath is where you have to go for a complete remodel. I purchased a home that needed a new kitchen and bath. I was completely frustrated as I visited many places. And then I found Caroline! She is A #1! I just happened to drive by, saw the sign and decided to go in. Her pleasant smile, willingness to help, and complete knowledge and expertise are only a few of her many fine qualities. She helped me to design my entire kitchen with cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures and more. She did the same with my bathroom. It is a completely overwhelming thing to do unless you have someone like Caroline. Once the design was in place, everything flowed smoothly. The install was painless. I was so excited that I called her with each step of progress. It was wonderful that she shared my excitement with me. Excellent quality. Expertise in design. Wonderful install. It went as promised. Total Kitchen and Bath had the greatest number and variety of countertop samples to view. It was the only local business I could find to actually see and feel a sample of the Silestone countertop we ended up selecting. We spent a lot of time going through samples without feeling any pressure, and any questions we had were kindly answered. I wanted to give "Price" a B only because I could have had the countertop replaced cheaper at a big box home improvement store, but not with the exact countertop material we chose. We purchased the sink and faucet from Amazon (even though the business sells similar products) with no issues. Doing business with Total Kitchen and Bath was straightforward and easy. Everybody involved was helpful and friendly. And because the countertop turned out great, I can't comment on their customer service after installation, because we have no complaints. I love the countertop!

I did not have a good experience with this company. I purchased a granite countertop for my kitchen and ended up paying a lot more after the install for unexpected work that was not in my budget. If i was made aware there were other things I can do at a cheaper price. My first suggestion is go somewhere else. If you decide to purchase from these folks ask a lot of questions. Don't expect the sales lady to provide you anything other than the sale price. I have 2 bathrooms that I'm redoing as well so if anyone knows of a good countertop place, please let me know..

It went very well, The kitchen designer brought his contractor and both were very through and

professional. They provided a design with multiple views and a detailed quote in a week.

Caroline was a pleasure to work with. Very professional. Her installer was excellent and detail oriented. We would recommend working with this company.

Everything went extremely well. The renovation was completed on time and with excellent quality. The contractor kept us up to date with the progress of the renovation and consulted with us on any changes to the design prior to making them. He even helped us with coordinating lighting and other other aspects that weren't part of the original design.

We were extremely pleased with the final product and would highly recommend Total Kitchens & Bath to anyone who is considering a renovation.

I love the plan they drew up but haven't completed the remodeling yet.

designs!  She is very professional and provides her customers with complete designs using their input. Her suggestions
were instrumental in creating a fantastic spa master bathroom!
When our towel cabinet came, the box was damaged and when we looked at it, the corner of the cabinet had been smashed. A called Caroline and she took care of everything for us. We had a new cabinet in plenty of time for our contractor. (Our contractor is now using Total Kitchen and Bath!)

Our experience with Total Kitchen & Bath was pretty good. The only issue we had was she had another contractor that came in the first couple of weeks and walked out on us. So, we got sat back quite a bit. He disappeared, packed up his stuff, and left; he just left high and dry. Total Kitchen & Bath got somebody to replace him right away and that was great. As far as Total Kitchen & Bath is concerned we would recommend her to others. She was really receptive when the guy left. She helped very much. The quality of the work is pretty good. The tile that was laid in the bathroom was done very well. The price was very good too. We would use her again, but we will make sure that she would not hire the same subcontractor.

They did an excellent job. We got new flooring, new cabinets, new granite counter tops, and remodeled the kitchen. They were very helpful, specifically, Mary Ann. She did the whole designing, but allowed us input. And, the cost was very reasonable.
